What if I have to go to the hospital?

As great as virtual care is for the everyday need, it’s not designed for medical emergencies. If you experience a heart attack, trouble breathing, stroke, or similar urgent situations, you should go to a hospital. Surgeries, colonoscopies, and other procedures also need to be done at a hospital or testing office. Many of our patients use their memberships along with catastrophic and emergency coverage to help pay for this.
